Dog License

For a new license, submit a current rabies certificate and proof of spaying/neutering. There is no form to fill out. Renewals are mailed out annually. If you are renewing in person, bring in the renewal form and make sure the rabies info is correct. If renewing by mail, submit your signed renewal form and, if required, a copy of latest rabies certificate from your Veterinarian’s Office. We will return to you the completed dog license and rabies certificate.

If your dog’s rabies vaccination has expired since the last time you licensed your dog, or the rabies certificate expires within thirty (30) days of renewal, you must provide a new certificate of rabies vaccination. We can not license your dog without proof of up-to-date rabies
