The Town of Greenwich hosts a NYS Department of Health certified Youth Program which consists of two separate programs. The morning Arts & Crafts Program and the afternoon Swim Program. The program is for children who have completed Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.
The morning Arts & Crafts Program is held at St. Joseph's Hall on Hill Street in Greenwich. The program runs from 9:00 am - 11:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesdays is optional field trip day.
The afternoon Learn to Swim Program is held at Lake Lauderdale in Jackson, NY. The children are bussed to Lake Lauderdale from the Town Office Building on 2 Academy Street at Noon and return at 3:00 pm to the same location. Children are supervised by Lifeguards and Counselors. Lessons are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
In between the two programs there is a FREE lunch program hosted by Greenwich Interfaith - Food For Kids. Lunches are provided daily from 11:00 - 12:00 for any children in the area.
Program dates for 2018: Monday June 25th - Friday August 3rd. No program on Wednesday, July 4th.
REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN APRIL 2nd thru NOON on Friday June 1st.
