BID SPECS

The Town of Greenwich is seeking bids for the construction of a Picnic Pavillion on an existing 49’ x 26’9” concrete pad at the Hudson Riverside Park, 5149 County Route 113, Greenwich. All bids must be sealed and contain a non-collusive bidding certification. Sealed bids will be received until 3 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at the Greenwich Town Hall, 2 Academy Street, Greenwich, NY 12834. Sealed bids will be opened at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025. Physical copies of the detailed specifications are available at the Town Office or by email request to joanna.messina@greenwichny.org. Appointments can be made to view the site by request.
